Solution

Turning off your tv and instead going for a 30 minute walk would be better for you, me, and humanity - but we know for most of us that ain't happening. The origins of change aren't necessarily what we have been taught to believe. Which only further points to the fact that we need each other possibly more now than in any other time in history. Silence, segregation and separation might be what out to be criminal :)
