Precious seconds

America: we might be good at a few things but we suck at taking time.
Even when we know it's right - we feel it in our bones - to take the 5, 10 seconds to do what it most important, we almost routinely choose to act otherwise.
Since we are hyper-influencing one another, these choices to not take only what would amount to a minute or two in a day of chaos, these are the decisions that spread in a manner not dissimilar from a cancer.
