How is it possible for most people to maintain sanity in the 48 hour news cycle in place? It's absurd.
We are going to face a time when we will get news before things even occur. This is no joke, we are already practically there.
Remember those days as a "kid" where imagination and play and all things wonderful reigned supreme? Well they can still be maintained, but best of luck.
My idea has been receiving what most call the news every other day. This makes plenty of sense. And it means shifts in workplace production and economic diagrams and blah blah blah, but welcome to the world the next 10 or so years. Those who can think this way and conserve resources and human health and production are going to be winners. We are close to having lost what could be known as the good 'ole days, primarily because we are being constantly hawked and everything and everyone is out for attention. Use that bean, those eyes, ears, and that imagination very, very carefully. Because if it's gone, it sadly is one's own fault. But the plus side is it can always be regained.
Just have to be aware.
