Level 7

Sometimes I find it enjoyable to think of things in terms of levels. We all know 1-10 scales and they are simple to wrap ourselves around. Take the trait or "skill" of durability for example. It is vital for some of us to be quite durable, and we all need work a little to obtain some more durability. Just like trees and not dissimilar from the forest concept. First of all, rating oneself in an honest manner is important. And if we know ourselves to be dishonest or embellishing at times (yes, we do) then asking for someone's help is key. If we can collectively strive to be near a 7 on a durability scale, we all pretty much win. When we overwork for a 10 or find ourselves at a 2 and feel terrible, we feel disconnected and things can become overwhelming. This also points to the power of the number 7. And not just because it was worn by Mickey :)
