I'll tell you what, when "managed" properly it's probably something that should last no longer than 5 minutes at a time. Physiologically, it is a manifestation of tension on our brains, which is the tissue (capable of great expansion and contraction) that resides within the skull. Be better, think wiser, practice compassion, see more of the beauty, realize the power of our connectedness, enjoy the rest of this week we have.
