Won't be the last anyone hears of this (if any are seeing it) but I am more and more convinced that it takes little more than 2 minutes out of each day - that is 14 minutes in any given week for those who enjoy math - this is the amount of Time is takes for most every one of us to live our best lives. A #timerevolution is what's needed more than anything else.
