Maybe the best one for good (or better) health for people is just this:
1. Find some trees
2. Be near some tress
3. Grow? like a tree or two
Yes it will take some patience and imagination and maybe a disruption of flow, but just try it.
We are people in line with the seasons, likely always will be the case. Trees and vegetation changes and shifts are probably a part of this fact and principle. How we affect we also effect.
