Dreams & "budgeting"

At the end of the day, one's dreams still are more than likely the most important thing that exists.

Also, remember that it probably takes little more than 15 minutes each day to be in the best shape of one's life. Take a day off if desired. And I'm not talking just "exercising" but taking time for oneself.

Life's a choice - choose wisely :)
