to be at the Origin and the Ends all at Once.

no idea for what it is a spirit of a Lion hunts

and if not hunting this one thing,  at liberty of all the

rest. And maybe something where there's only second best

Of course not fully rational, because your life can be anything

But what about after you've mae up your mind & Spirit

about the full ways it would sing. I know I can recycle, done

itmy full life and could do it in good Health.  But what about this

thing/ or this idea/ That there could be this Optimal Health ?  which 

side are you On  your time your health your life your truth your Nature 

(and your being) are One Entire thing.    Enjoy the Day
