Totally agree. I posted a link to an article not long ago on my facebook saying a lot of screen time was like "digital heroin". Someone got defensive over it but that's how I feel a lot of parents get nowdays if you bring up the subject that kids are in front of screens way too much. As if they have to justify it. However kids will do what they see their parents do. Sat next to a poor little boy the other day eating froyo across from his dad who stared at his phone the whole time. Felt really bad for the little guy :(
