Jedi Mind/OTA

Here's a fact about behavior, and really about us all.
One need not be B.F. Skinner to appreciate the influence of behavior on the brain.
It is probably more significant in catalyzing change than anything otherwise.
Think about an action such as applying sunscreen - especially this time of year with less Sun.
Simply putting it on near every day not only protects skin (still needs to be), but it stimulates the sense of feel and smell as if one was acting in the depths of warm season. Sure the beach may not be the destination, but this act induces promotion of feel-good brain chemicals (serotonin, norepinephrine, etc) and one can feel maybe even more alive though the Earth is in its usual tilt.

Action rules, and an anti-depressant sometimes need be less necessary with better awareness :)

Thanks
