Counting constants

This is a good and healthy habit for any person to engage. Periodically, say once per day, count the things one would consider to be a constant or go-to or thing that helps maintain peace, sanity, well-being, etc. It could be another person we rely on or support, an ice cream cone in the evening, or a daily cup of coffee in the morning. Whatever it is, the main emphasis is on the fact that we all have at least one or even plenty of these things, and many of us can become under appreciative or leisurely dismissive of the value of such behaviors and their nurturing qualities.

These are the places for each of us - and ALL of us collectively - to begin on our journey to higher and better. Muchas gracias.
