Braintricks

This is called the 2-second rule.
All it does is work (constantly) to correct our minds and focus more on what is now happening.

Strive during the course of a day to think little more than 2 seconds into the future.
This is tricky, and of course takes sustained effort and some care.
In the course of a work day/deadlines/things we are automatically projecting, this is not quite appropriate or really intended... BUT

When walking down the street or faced with some glorious "empty time" - don't stray. Observe, wander, think only presently, and results will follow in due time. More of us for all of us.
