ThingsIthinkabout

A recipe for good or better health:

1. Looking at the sun/sky/something natural for every 20 minutes looking at a screen.
2. Having one cup of tea per day (any kind)
3. 10-15 minutes of exercise per 24 hours. This cannot only be walking. Maybe skipping

Hooray we're all a little healthier!!!
