Eyes

I found out the little guy has glaucoma in one eye yesterday. It was tough diagnosis but I also had a feeling. In the grand scheme, we'll be cool. 

How about eyes though? How magnificent and wondrous they can be. Not something I daily gave much attention, but when you apply drops to a loved ones ocular cavities, it's something you tend to notice on slightly different level. 

I'm grateful for the gift of sight. Life can indeed be good without it, but today it will be on the receiving end of just a little more gratitude.
