and the importance of pausing - being able to "really pause"
The Question for everybody, and the one to which we continually give seemingly much less (maybe decreasing, still) time and attention towards - is what will be left for us to think about as people - highly valuable people on the planet - when technology has developed the ability to guess everything we are going to do. So much money and so many people are spending everyday planning this world, and have been for years. And with such deep intent on making it happen - because in part is the only or best future visible to them, in addition to the fact that we are oddly going into debt paying for it all. We believe we need it without even really giving proper and due thought to this direly important matter. What About Us by Pink is just a song title that comes to my mind often thinking of this If we keep doing what we are doing, we will have shaped our own calamity, in part out of hungry and tunnel-focused capitalism.
It's happening, and it needs thought so badly and sadly as we give our money away for the Iphone Ten/X. By Twenty it will be too late.
Maybe that was too much, I don't know. I'm not sure what to think really now without support for such ideas. Anyways, I am going to somehow keep believing in these inverse truths with small amounts of energy I have. For the sake of all of us, I guess.
Night.
