call me a dreamer - I think I am a realist - but here is something I call the Rule of 12
When reallly and conscientiously pressed ( by other humans ) we all become capable of naming and maybe defining 12 things within our lives that we can give thanks towards. This breaks any color or socioeconomic 'constraint' and points to our infallible humanity.
We need help with this! And time. So find those things, find gratitude, and find yourself some more life. Here are 4 quick examples from my day today, March 27
1. Birds chirping
2. Trees providing clean and good smelling air
3. Coffee that also does good for people and planet
4. Music, any kind really
