A study published in the British Journal of Health Psychology found that college students who went from not exercising at all to even a modest program (just two to three gym visits per week) reported a decrease in stress, smoking, alcohol and caffeine consumption, an increase in healthy eating and maintenance of household chores, and better spending and study habits. In addition to these real-life improvements, after two months of regular exercise, the students also performed better on laboratory tests of self-control. This led the researchers to speculate that exercise had a powerful impact on the students’ “capacity for self-regulation.” In laypeople’s terms, pushing through the discomfort associated with exercise — saying “yes” when their bodies and minds were telling them to say “no” — taught the students to stay cool, calm, and collected in the face of difficulty, whether that meant better managing stress, drinking less, or studying more.

The Pursuit of Dreams is important in part because when we are pursuing (our own) dreams, other things or events in life that can cause harm or disturbance or "negative" feelings or states tend to have more of a round state and roll off towards the ground. Mainly, because we have the "goal" or one of the end visions in line for our own life - which is the most important part of being alive.

And, when the sun comes around again - remember it isn't actually moving - which is a liberating awareness and piece of knowledge - we get other opportunities to make some type of moves towards these dreams, whether they are cognitive, spiritual, physical, connective, or even a mixup of all different forms.  That's all. Gratitude & You

call me a dreamer - I think I am a realist - but here is something I call the Rule of 12

When reallly and conscientiously pressed ( by other humans ) we all become capable of naming and maybe defining 12 things within our lives that we can give thanks towards.  This breaks any color or socioeconomic 'constraint' and points to our infallible humanity.

We need help with this! And time. So find those things, find gratitude, and find yourself some more life. Here are 4 quick examples from my day today, March 27

1. Birds chirping
2. Trees providing clean and good smelling air
3. Coffee that also does good for people and planet
4. Music, any kind really

3 Pointsss

On living, for the moment.
1 is that we cannot totally have reverence for self unless or until we have highest reverence for life. We are Life, and because of death far more of us struggle living with this truth than who don't.
2 is that we need look for Life in opposition of directly looking for Love. It may sound "odd" but the direct pursuit of love is causing more long-term unhappiness -in America especially- than any of us choose to talk about. And it is growing to a degree. Simply and more solely looking for love too often leaves the self (or the soul) with residual feelings of lack of worth as our primary purpose in life is own-soul fulfillment. Other words, we have a duty to completely revere ourselves even if love is not quite present in its truest and most plain and commercialized (haha) form. When we know our own worth and capability in life, this is where love folows. Call it the 'love-point' if one will, and it's a very real thing. About 90% of us are not quite sure of this equation and more sickening probably is our denial or lack of willingness to talk about and redirect a popularly accepted half truth about love. In primary words, choose life first and love does often 'come along'.. The Earth knows this but our consciousness as a human people has been dumb to not choose to follow along.

3 is that you are great and built for joy. Be your best self today :)
