What it means can be different for people but some of the threads are the same.
Putting thought into action is a challenging thing for most all of us, so try this -
Throughout each day for one week, record the amount of times or moments when you did something good or "healthy" for yourself, for another person, or for the environment/world around you. It takes some repetition and mental training, but it can easily be done. And it's something where one can already have 4-5 positive things in mind before heading out of the door for work or other duties. The mind works like this, and the mind mostly needs this to shift it's maladaptive networks into ones that are good for and have benefit for us all. It Is what the world needs now, and this is the cool part. I guess I am still calling it the Human Way because it does exist. The threads that unite are stronger and have a significantly higher 'count' than the ones that tend not - it is no contest in reality.
