Dreams are the things that remain active, even through the most hellacious of storms.

Doing at minimum one thing we love every day is how one can easily embark on the Human Way.

Dont fix yourself to time! This is the place most of us have been duped. I didn't give constraints here and if one initially thinks of an action as necessitating a particular half-hour or hour span this is a crutch in itself. We all function here to a degree and could help one another more with this. The Daily part is where to give attention as repetitive actions that carry good intentions are what produce character, truth, and dreams. OVER TIME. Even for 5 minutes, this love dedication is how we turn the world on its actual axis for good. Each of us - All of us.

Putting thought into action is a challenging thing for most all of us, so try this -
Throughout each day for one week, record the amount of times or moments when you did something good or "healthy" for yourself, for another person, or for the environment/world around you. It takes some repetition and mental training, but it can easily be done. And it's something where one can already have 4-5 positive things in mind before heading out of the door for work or other duties. The mind works like this, and the mind mostly needs this to shift it's maladaptive networks into ones that are good for and have benefit for us all. It Is what the world needs now, and this is the cool part. I guess I am still calling it the Human Way because it does exist. The threads that unite are stronger and have a significantly higher 'count' than the ones that tend not - it is no contest in reality.
Our own Health, and the health of those around us, this is the last thing one should be bashful about. Claim yours.

1. Giving

3. Working
4. Enjoying
somewhat related is that the best thing about being human is that regardless of any other pursuit or effort or devotion we may have, we always can coincidingly seek to become better people or our own best self. This is a portion of what Life's about indeed, call it the fabric if one will.

Here's an acronym. They are so fun and simple. And good for our rapidly decreasing attention and cognition spans! Partly kidding :) It's TLAS.
It means Toughness, Love, Ambition, and Strength. Would a soul argue that these are things of which we are all searching to a degree? I think so, close to know so. So, one day spent trying to harness and maybe grow any single one of these living components is a day equivalent to Gold.
Give yourself some damn credit and keep strivin'.

It's interesting how our capacity to see or feel everything we do as making a difference in life to be either crippling or enticing, and at times I suppose somewhere in between. Maybe this is the tug-of-war we all are participating in as a people or society. It's the job of those of us who know to pull over those who can soon or eventually know. This counts for so many more of us.

Health - above all it is probably a confusing word for the most of us. It's best synonym in my mind is "Great Living." We all might define the components of such a thing differently, but I almost assure anyone that the feeling(s) on the heels of such an accomplishment are closely identical.
2nd - the best 3 words to describe the components of Great Living go by the acronym GEL.
If anyone could guess those I give put a free coaching session :)
#3 - and this relates to what I call "Diversity of Thought" which is probably the primary manner in which we as him beings differentiate. Think of the quote "2 guarantees in life are death and taxes" or whatever the shit that thing is. This is likely one of the greatest fallacies of thinking and belief known to society. The practice of coming up with one's own is what we all should engage in but when I consider the 2 guarantees they actually happen to be 1) Time and 2) Life itself.
Is that not a slightly more liberating means of thought and outlook than the publicized jargon that was mentioned? C'mon people, we could use each other and these types of cognitions now more than at many previous times.
