Total Health

We are far past the time where we can consider health of the mind and spirit as any different than that of the body. A "depression" or difficult mental state is none different than a chronic cough, flu bug, or ailing back that has been limiting activities for years. We're all people and we feel, act, love, and care mostly similarly. (Highlight the last minute of TV last night where Mr. Trump gave Hill a compliment about her fortitude and commitment. Easily the best part and he did show his human side.)

Related, the "It likely could be worse" game is one to play on occasion, and it may require a friend or associate to assist. When we think we have caught the ultimate breaks or life and the events involved have us stuck in the most resounding of ruts, challenge oneself to consider how things could be even more difficult. The chances they could be may be at somewhere around 80-90% for most of us who ride the waves of daily misfortunes and lament our "hard luck"

Life is mostly life, and I guess this is the point. We are all living it too, which is cool. I was on a little trip of naming something Onlylyfe recently - it's a neat and associative word which is desirable. The complete purpose is unknown, but maybe that doesn't necessarily matter.

Have a great day!
